2. Information we collect and purposes
MARKET processes personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
2.1 Contact form and requests for information about properties
- Data processed: Name, last names, telephone, email, message and, where applicable, preferences regarding properties.
- Purpose: to respond to inquiries, to send requested property information, to manage the pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationship.
- Legal basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and/or application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention period: while the business relationship lasts and, after its termination, during the applicable legal periods (6 years for accounting and commercial obligations; up to 10 years in real estate transactions with public deed).
2.2 Property valuation and acquisition of properties for sale
- Data processed: Name, last names, telephone, email, property address, cadastral data and registration data of the property.
- Purpose: to carry out the requested valuation and manage the sales assignment.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention period: those indicated in the section 2.1.
2.3 Newsletter subscription
- Data processed: email and, where applicable, Name.
- Purpose: periodic sending of real estate news, featured properties and related content.
- Legal basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Retention period: until the data subject withdraws their consent through the unsubscribe link included in each communication.
2.4 Communication via WhatsApp
- Data processed: phone number, profile name and message content.
- Purpose: handle inquiries and facilitate commercial communication.
- Legal basis: data subject's consent at the start of the conversation (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Retention period: for the duration of the relationship and applicable legal periods.
2.5 Web analysis, personalized advertising and retargeting
- Data processed: cookie identifiers, IP address, browsing data, device, approximate location, interaction with ads.
- Purposes:

- Purpose: to manage the real estate operation from acquisition to deed signing.

3. Destinatarios de los datos (encargados y cesiones)
3.1 Encargados del tratamiento
MARKET cuenta con la colaboración de los siguientes proveedores que actúan como encargados del tratamiento (art. 28 RGPD), con los que mantiene los correspondientes contratos:

En el marco de la gestión de operaciones inmobiliarias, los datos podrán ser comunicados a:
- Notarías y gestorías designadas para la formalización de las operaciones.
- Entidades financieras y tasadoras cuando el interesado solicite gestionar financiación hipotecaria.
- Administraciones públicas cuando sea exigido por ley (Hacienda, Catastro, Registro de la Propiedad, SEPBLAC en cumplimiento de la normativa de blanqueo de capitales).
